To enter studies, whether it be via direct access o via exam, you must pre-register at Escuela de Arte 4.

- Photocopy of DNI/NIE/Study Visa/Passport
- Registration form (download)
- Fee payment for registration form 030, stamped by Caja Madrid (fee: 36.06 euros) www.madrid.org

- Certificate of academic results (this requirement is not needed for those over 25 without degree)
HOW TO FILL OUT THE PRE-REGISTRATION FORM
- The form must be filled out in duplicate. One copy is for the school and one copy for the student
- State the highest level of education in the section “estudios cursados con anterioridad”
- Fill out the three courses selected out of the five choices offered for the exam
- Attach photocopy of DNI/NIE/Study Visa/Passport
- Date and signature
