Pre-registration at Escuela de Arte 4 is necessary in order to register for Professional Development via direct access or via exam
HOW TO FILL OUT THE PRE-REGISTRATION FORM
The form must be filled out in duplicate. One copy is for the school and one copy for the student.
State the highest level of education and school attended in the section “estudios cursados con anterioridad”. In the case of Bachillerato Artístico, list the courses taken which allow the student to avoid taking the entrance exam.
Fill out the order of preference for each study cycle marking the corresponding checkbox (write down 1, 2 and 3)
Attach photocopy of DNI/NIE/Study Visa/Passport
