Faculty

The Faculty of professors is the area which manages all aspects of teaching and which participates in the overall management of the school. The Faculty’s mission is to plan, coordinate, inform and adopt decisions related to all teaching related matters at the center. The Faculty of Professors is presided over by the Director o the center and is made up of the total group of professors who teach at the center.

The Faculty meets once a trimester and always at the behest of the Director or at least one third of all the Faculty members. Faculty meetings are mandatory at the beginning and end of the school year. Attendance is mandatory for all faculty members.

Among Faculty responsibilities are:

• Development of ideas and suggestions aimed at the managing team and related to teaching projects, curriculum and the annual study program.
• Approval and evaluation of curricular projects and teaching aspects of the general program of the center.
• Promotion of initiatives in the areas of experimental projects, research in teaching methods and further study.
• Election of School Council representatives.
• Transmission of candidate names and programs to the Director.
• Coordination of orientation, tutoring, testing and recovery of the student body.
• Finally, analysis and evaluation of the test results of the Center performed by the managing Educational Body.

The Faculty will also have the responsibility to plan the testing and grading sessions, manage teacher schedules, and to analyze and evaluate the economic situation of the Center each trimester.
